Freedom of religion or belief (FoRB) is one of the intrinsic human rights and freedoms of human beings and is emphasized in several international treaties and declarations. Iraq and the Kurdistan Region have legal Mandates to enforce these rights and contextualize them within national jurisdiction. Dr. Assos Brakhas will focus on this discussion in his session at the FoRB workshop in Erbil.
