In this lecture, Delshad Hamed Darwesh discusses the philosophical justification for the existence of Human Rights Law or International Human Rights Law, which is found in natural laws and natural rights, then focuses on definition of human rights law and its sources, finally he distinguishes this branch of International Law from International Humanitarian Law.
