Sources of International Law - Treaties

International treaties are considered one of the most important sources of international law through which much of international relations and international affairs are regulated. In addition, it is considered an important tool for organizing all the developments that take place in various political, legal and economic fields of the international community, and we must not forget the role of treaties in establishing security and peace in the international community. Making treaties is an indication of the cooperation of the international community. On the contrary, failure to agree indicates the cancellation of the decision of the international community to cooperate.
