Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) in
collaboration with United Nations Investigative Team to Promote Accountability
for Crimes Committed by Da’esh/ISIL (UNITAD) drafted this Statute and sent to
the Kurdistan Parliament in order to establish a Special Court for ISIS Crimes for responsibility the core international crimes. Currently the
Statute is in Parliament and has not been passed yet. This is the draft which
has been sent by KRG. The translation is non-official and conducted by the Kurdistan Center for International Law (KCIL). We will be updating
when the Draft passes by the Parliament.
