The issue of justice in international law and the
enhancement of the judicial system through the incorporation of international
criminal law is both significant and contentious. Dr. Ebad Rouhi emphasized
this matter during the conference on "International Criminal Justice in
Kurdistan – Enforcement Procedures," which was organized by the Kurdistan
Center for International Law (KCIL) in December 2023.
