The subject of drones and the individual criminal
responsibility associated with their use under international criminal law is
relatively new and not widely discussed. Dr. Hassan Mustafa brought attention
to this issue during the conference on "International Criminal Justice in
Kurdistan – Enforcement Procedures," which was organized by the Kurdistan
Center for International Law (KCIL) in December 2023.
