Judge Howard Morrison discussed the significance of
incorporating international criminal law into national legal systems and its
relevance for Kurdistan at the "International Criminal Justice in
Kurdistan – Enforcement Procedures" conference, which was organized by the
Kurdistan Center for International Law (KCIL) in December 2023.
