In this lecture, Delshad Hamed Darwesh discusses the relationship between international law and domestic law. First, he discusses the theories that explain this relationship which are monism theory and dualism theory, then focuses on the relationship between these two laws according to international treaties, decisions of international courts and constitutions of countries.
